The project is designed in an industrial loft style and incorporates a wide variety of interior solutions in different styles, utilizing various finishing methods and colour schemes. It offers over 5000 square meters of residential space in the form of apartments of various sizes and floor plans.

There are a total of 14 standalone four-story buildings with apartments and a facade building. The facade building also features apartments for living on the two upper floors.
